Trustees to convey the
said Estate to the new
Trustees and their heirs

The Drat. of a Deed (being now produced before this
Court) purporting to be a Conveyance by way of bargain
& sale to be enrolled in the high Court of Chancery of the
Estate belonging to the County of Middx from Sr John

Doctor in Physick the surviving Trustees for the said
Estate, in order to have the same conveyed to such new
Trustees as this Court shall think fit to appoint in that
behalf, and their heirs, to the uses mentioned in the
last Deed of trust conveying the said Estate, And
Thomas Lane< no role > Esqr . Chairman of this Court informing
this Court that he hath perused & settled the aforesaid
Drat. of the said Deed And doth approve of the same,
This Court doth thereupon nominate new Trustees for

inserted in the aforesaid Drat. of the said Deed of
Conveyance, And that the said Drat. be ingrossed in
Parchment, And that the said surviving Trustees,
after the said Deed shall be so ingrossed, be and they
are
