Rogues and Vagabonds, amounting in the whole to the
Sum of thirty one pounds Seven Shillings and four pence
which he desires may be paid to him This Court upon
perusal of the aforesaid bill or account of the Said Mr. Kenn
is of opinion to allow him the Sum of twenty five pounds
and no more, in full of his Said Bill or account, And doth
thereupon Order that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County
do pay unto the Said Mr. Kenn the Sum of twenty five pounds
in full of his Said demand, whose receipt Shall be a
Sufficient discharge to the Said Treasurer for Such
payment.

By Adjornmt. on Friday the 15th. day of May 1741

Order made upon the

concerning 16 beetles
and 13 handcuffs & keys
wch. are missing & ought
to be made good by the
Execrs. of Mr. Creswell the
late Keeper , and
concerning the taking a
new Inventory of the
County goods in the
House of Correction at
Clerkenwell for wch. Mr.
Wallbanck the present
Keeper is to be responsible
and concerning repaires
necessary to be done to
the Said house of
Correction}

Whereas Sr. John Gonson< no role > Knt. Francis Hole< no role > Thomas Moore< no role >
John Poulson< no role > & John Elliott< no role > This name instance is in set 3963. Esquires being a Quorum of
the Committee of Justices of the peace for this County
appointed by an Order of Sessions of the Ninth day of April
last to meet at the Dwelling house of the House of Correction
at Clerkenwell in the Said County, And to persue the Inventory
or Account of the goods & utensills belonging to the Said
House of Correction which were delivered to the custody of
Mr. Peter Creswell< no role > deced late Governor & Keeper of the Said
House of Correction , And to See if the Same were remaining
therein Or if any and what part thereof were wanting,
which ought to be made good or the value thereof [..]
answered by his executors or Administrators, And to make
a new Inventory of the goods & utensills belonging to this
County which are in the Said House of Correction and are
to be delivered to Mr. HenryWallbanck < no role > Wallbanck the
present Keeper have by their Report in writing Certifyed
unto this Court that they [..] met together at the
Dwelling house of the Said House of Correction on the fifth
day of May instant, and had the Inventory or account
of the goods & utensills belonging to this County which
were in the custody or possession of the Said Peter Creswell< no role >
produced to them, And that they did on the Said fifth day
of May view and inspect what goods & utensills were
then remaining therein which belong to this County, And
