consider if any and what part thereof is proper to
be allowed & distributed to any & what Officers or
Servants belonging to the Said House of Comons or
other persons for their trouble in attending the
Committee of the Said House And to Order Such
allowance & distribution to be made to them
Severally as the Said Committee of Justices Should
think proper, And to Order and direct Reports made
by the Committee of the Said House touching the
Said complaint to be bought & distributed to the
Justices of the peace who had or Should pay their
contribution money towards defraying the said
expence) have made their Report in writing under
their hands touching the matters to them referred
by the Said Order, which Report is in the words &
figures following (that is to Say) To his
Majesty's Justices of the peace for the County of
Middx in their General Sessions of the peace
assembled Mr. whose Names are here unto Subscribed
five of his Maties Justices of the peace , to whom,
amongst others, it was referred by an Order of Sessions
held by adjournment on Thursday the 13th. day
of October in the eleventh year of his present
Maties reign to assemble and meet together &
examine what money had been advanced &
paid by the Justices of this County on account of
defraying the expence in & about making the
defence to the allegations contained in the Petition
of complaint presented to the honble. House of
Comons against the Justices of the peace for this
County and to consider if any and what part
there of is proper to be allowed & distributed to
any & what Officers or Servants belonging to the
Said House of Comons or other persons for their
trouble in attending the Committee, And to Order
Such allowance and distribution to be made to
