to Employ their utmost Care and Vigilance, and to use their
utmost Endeavours to carry the Said Acts into Execution,
and to prevent and Suppress all Riotous and other
unlawfull Assemblies, and all Combinations and
Confederacies that Shall be Entered into a to Encourage a
Disobedience thereto; And to that End, that they do
forthwith assemble themselves together in a Body at
Such times and Places within the Said County and City
and Liberty of Westminster as they Shall think most proper,
and as may best answer the purposes hereby intended,
and as they See Cause, do Sub-divide themselves So as that
there may be a Sufficient Number of Justices Sitting and in
readiness at all Seasonable times to carry on this Service;
And that they do call before them the High Constables and
other proper Officers Under their Direction, and give them
the Strictest Orders, and likewise issue their Warrants for
apprehending and Seizing all Such Persons as they Shall
find So unlawfully assembled in Order to their being
Examined and dealt with according to the Statutes and
Laws in that behalf; And that the Said Justices do from time
to time draw up an Account of their Proceedings herein,
inserting the Names of the Justices of the Peace attending
Such meeting and of the Officers whom they Shall employ,
taking particular Notice of the Zeal and Diligence of each
of them in the performance of this Duty, which Accounts
are to be transmitted to this Board, in Order to be laid before
His Majesty< no role > , and so not Doubting of your Graces ready
