peace of this County at their Meetings in their Respective
Divisions for the Granting or Renewing such Licences as
aforesaid.

By adjornmt. on Thursday 15th. day of January
1735

Order for taking lawfull
ways & means to Oblige
Henry Barker< no role > Esqr . Treasurer
of Bridge money to give a
full & just account of all
moneys by him reced.
for the repaire thereof
Etc}

It is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby
recomended & referred unto the Committee of his
Majties. Justices of the peace for this County appointed
to take the Accounts of the Treors of the sd. County to
consider of a legal method for oblidgeing Henry Barker< no role >
Esqr . one of his Majties. Justices of the peace for [..] the
County aforesd. and also Treor of the Moneys raised by
Vertue of a Rate made in February Sessions 1731
for repair of Brentford Bridge and other Publick Bridges
of the said County to give a full & Just account of all
the Moneys, by him reced for the repair thereof and of his payment out of the same, and to produce his vouchers for such paymt. and
to Cause an Indictment to be preferred or such other
legall wayes & meanes to be taken for that end &
purpose as the said Comittee shall in that behalf
direct, and this Court doth Order & direct that the
moneys which may be reced four the said Mc. Barker< no role >
as Treor or from any other Pson or Psons on account
of Arrears standing out & uncollected upon the said
Rate be disposed of for or towards repairing the said
Bridge or other publick Bridges belonging to this
County, as the Justices of the peace for the same County shall at their
General Quarter or General Sessions of the peace in that behalf Order & direct
