of Such prosecution out of the publick money which
he now hath or may come to his hands as General
Treasurer of this County.

It is Ordered by this Court that James Brain< no role > Esqr.
one of his Maties Justices of the peace for this
County be and he is hereby desired to direct his
Clerk Robert pidgeon< no role > to attend the Court of the
next General Quarter Sessions of the peace for this
County on Thursday the twenty eighth day of
June next at one of the clock in the afternoon to
give an account why he advised Gouche Curtis
to preferr a Bill of Indictment againstWill
William Shipton< no role > of the parish of St. Mary
Whitechappell in the Said County for receiving
goods to pawn knowing them to be Stollen
without any grounds to preferr Such
Indictment , and that the Said Gouche Curtis< no role >
and William Shipton< no role > have liberty to a
attend the Court at the Same time if they
think fit.

publick money in is hands pay unto Nicholas
Corrall late Constable of Southmims in the County
the sum of thirty pounds for the Salary allowed to
him for his trouble & expences in passing and
releiving of Vagrants for one year ending at Lady
day one thousand Seven hundred and thirty three
