Order for Andrew Osborne< no role >
Esqr . Trear of Vagrant mony
to direct some small repairs
at Hicks hall not exceeding
£1-1s-0d and to pay for
doing there of,}

Informacon being given to this Court that some small
repairs and conveniencys are wanting and necessary
to be done to the Sessions house called Hicks Hall in St.
John Street in this County, It is Ordered by this Court
that Andrew Osborne< no role > Esqr . Treasurer of the moneys
raised in this County for the passing and releiving
of Vagrants be and he is hereby desired to direct the
doeing of the said repaires and conveniencys soe
as the charge thereof doe not exceed the Sume of
one pound and one Shilling And to advance and
pay the moneys to be paid for the doeing of the
same, And that the receipt or receipts of the person
or persons employed in doeing of the said repaires
and conveniencys shall be a Sufficient discharge
or discharges to the said Treasurer for such payment
or payments, which are to be allowed to him upon
his account,

It is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby
referred unto the Committee of his Majesties Justices
of the peace for this County appointed to take the
accounts of the Treasurers of the said County, to
inspect such account or accounts as they already
have or shall be able to obtain of the publick
moneys received by William Cotesworth< no role > Esqr.
deced late General Treasurer of this County, and
of his payments and disbursements thereout,
