Informacon being given to this Court that some small
repairs and conveniencys are wanting and necessary
to be done to the Sessions house called Hicks Hall
in St.
John Street
in this County, It is Ordered by this Court
that
Andrew Osborne< no role >
Esqr
. Treasurer of the moneys
raised in this County for the passing and releiving
of Vagrants be and he is hereby desired to direct the
doeing of the said repaires and conveniencys soe
as the charge thereof doe not exceed the Sume of
one pound and one Shilling And to advance and
pay the moneys to be paid for the doeing of the
same, And that the receipt or receipts of the person
or persons employed in doeing of the said repaires
and conveniencys shall be a Sufficient discharge
or discharges to the said Treasurer
for such payment
or payments, which are to be allowed to him upon
his account,
