Lottery or Sale of Plate or goods in imitacon of Lotterys
either by dice, lotts, cards, balls, or any other Numbers or
figuresfigures or by any other way or device
whatsoever, And also to discover and obtain an Account
of the Christian Names, Surnames, & places of aboad of
all such person & persons who have or doe within their
respective Divisions sett up, or by writing or printing
publish the Setting up any such unlawfull Lottery or Sale of
goods in imitacon or with intent to have such Lottery
drawn, And for the better discovery and obtaining such
accounts as aforesaid to call before them the said Justices of
the peace the high Constable
Petty Constables
and other
Officers under their direccon, And to give them such Orders
& procepts from time to time as they shall think proper
in relacon to the premisses To the end that the Several Act,
of Parliament made in the tenth & eleventh years of
the reign of his late Matie King William the third and
in the ninth & tenth years of the reign of her late Matie
Queen Ann or any other Law for the Suppressing of
unlawfull Lotterys may effectually be putt in execucon
against all persons offending in the premisses by such
lawfull ways & means as the said Justices shall think
fit.

It is Ordered by this Court that the making of a Report
touching the extent of the Several Divisions taking their
Denominacon from the Tower
of London by the Committee
of his Maties Justices of the peace
of this County in that
behalfe appointed, be adjorned untill the County day
of the next General Quarter Sessions of the peace for
this County,
