to try whether the said Clerk of the Market had
any Jurisdiccon out of the King's Palace and the precincts
thereof comonly called the little virge which accon was tryed
at the sitting after Michas Terme last in Middx before the
right honble. the Lord chiefe Justice of his Maties Court of
Kings Bench and a verdict found for the Pet.)
Good paid
hath paid to the Petr. Attorney for the costs of suit by them
recovered against him the said

accon the Sume of the twenty eight pounds, And whereas the
said

hath by his Attorney made applicacon
to this Court, and prayed a reimbursement of the said
Sume of twenty eight pounds, In regard his name was only
made use of to try the right of the matter in question upon
a feigned Issue in the accon aforesaid, And For that an Order
was formerly made at a General Sessions of the peace for this
County to support the high Constables
of the said County in Case
of any prosecucon against them by the Clerk of the Market in
relacon to his Jurisdicton by colour of his said Office, This Court
being satisfyed of the truth of the premisses Doth Order that the
said Sume of the twenty eight pounds shall be reimbursed & paid
