referred for the said premisses, and how fat the covenants
in the lease (if any) have been broken or kept, and to
consider of the matter of the said peticon, And to report to
the Court of this present General Quarter Sessions of the
peace for this County how the matter upon the whole
appeared to the said Committee for the further direccon of
the Court, And whereas by a Subsequent Order made at the
now last General Sessions of the peace holden for the said
County by adjornment on Thursday the twenty fifth day of
February last the aforesaid referrence to the said Committee was
transffered to the Clerk of the peace of this County who was to [..]
therein as the said Committee was desired to doe, And to make
his Report in like manner unto this Court at this present
General Quarter Sessions of the peace for this County, Now
upon report made unto this Court by Peter Walter< no role > Esqrs . Clerk
of the peace of this County, Ore tenns, touching the state and
condicon of the premisses (vizt.) that the bame are very
much out of repaire, and touching what terme of years is
now standing out & yet to come of & in the said premisses, and
what rent was referred for the same, and what the said Mr. Ley
proposed as to takeing a lease thereof, It is Ordered by this Court
that it be And It is hereby Recomended and referred unto the
Justices of the peace above named and alsoe Thomas Robe< no role > Esqr
another of his Maties Justices of the peace for the said County
or any three or more of them as a Committee to assemble &
meet together at such times & places as they shall in this
behalfe appoint, And to see the state & condicon of the said
house, And to consider of the matters aforesaid, and to whom and
in what manner, and on what termes it may be proper to
lett the said house, And to make their Report touching the premisses
to the Court of Sessions of the peace for this County.

Order for adjorning the

of Holborne Division till
the next Sessions.}

It is Ordered by this Court that the makeing of a Report by Robert
Tothill Esqr . one of his Maties Justices of the peace for this County
(to whom It was referred by an Order of the last General Sessions
to take the Account of Mr. Thomas Jones< no role > late high Constable of
Holborne Division in the said County) be adjorned untill the
next General Sessions of the peace to be holden for this County.

Order for adjorn the
consideracon of the peticon
of Henry Mackris< no role > high
Constable within the
Hundred of Edmonton for
vagrant money, untill the
County day of next Sessions}

It is Ordered by this Court that the consideracon of the Peticons
Henry Mackris< no role > high Constable for the parish of Endfield within
the Hundred of Edmonton in this County for one hundred and
twenty pounds for three years salary due to him at Lady day
One thousand seven hundred & thirty one for passing and
releiving of Vagants be adjorned untill the County day of the
next General Sessions of the peace to be holden for this County.
