of Spelthorne and Edward Tickner< no role > Gentleman
High Constable of the Hundred of Istleworth in
the said County have not yet paid to him the said
Mr. Harrison the Moneys assessed upon the several
Parishes and Places within their respective
Districts for the Reliefe of Maimed Soldiers &
Mariners within the said Hundreds which
they ought to have done, It is Ordered by this
Court that the said High Constables doe
respectively attend the Court of the next
Generall Sessions of the Peace to be holden
for this County by adjornment on Thursday
the twenty second day of May next at three
of the Clerk in the afternoon to answer for
their Neglect in not paying to the said Mr. Harrison
the Moneys assessed as aforesaid upon the
respective Parishes and Places within their
respective Districts,

Whereas the Account of each Treasurer of the
Moneys Collected and received for Reliefe of
Maimed Soldiers and Mariners within the
Hundreds of Ossulston Edmonton and Gore in
this County hath been heretofore usually taken
and audited by the Succeeding Treasurer of
such Moneys in the presence of divers Justices
of the Peace of this County who have been
Treasurers of the said Hundreds for the purpose
aforesaid or any three of them And a debate
now ariseing touching the takeing of the Accounts
of Thomas Thayer< no role > Esquire Treasurer of the
said Moneys for the Year One thousand Seven
hundred and twenty Seven and of Barwell
Smith Esquire Treasurer of the said Moneys for
the Year One thousand Seven hundred and twenty
