Justices the one and twenty Justices of the peace of this
County herein after named are chosen for the purpose aforesaid

thereupon Order that it be and It is hereby recomended
and referred unto the Said one and twenty Justices of the
peace and also to the Chairman of the Sessions of the peace
of this County for the time being (if he Shall think fit to be
present) or any Five for more of them as a Committee
to assemble and meet together at Hicks hall aforesaid
on Thursday the Second day of January next at ten of
the clock in the forenoon, and at Such other times and
placed as they Shall appoint, And to proceed by Such
legal ways and means as Shall be proper to Suppress
Gameing houses, Night houses and the other
enormitys menconed. in the aforesaid Letters of the
Said Lord Viscount Townshend relating to Street
robberys, And to report from time to time an account of
their proceedings touching the premisses unto the Court
of Sessions of the peace for this County and notice is to
be given by the Cryer of this Court unto the Said
Committee of Justices of the time and places of
meeting for the purpose aforesaid.
