It is Majesties Justices of the Peace
for the County
of Middlesex
this day Assembled in their General
Quarter Sessions have (Nemine contradicente)
directed me to write to you and acquaint you
that they desire you will Dine with them at
Hickshall
on Thursday next at One of the Clock
in the afternoon and after Dinner give them an
Account why you Signed a Warrant for Dischargeing

late one of the Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint James Clerkenwell
in the said County out of the Goal of Newgate,
he haveing been Committed thither by Simon
Michell Robert Tothill< no role >
Thomas Pindar< no role >
and
William Cotesworth< no role >
Esquires Four of
his Majesties Justices of the Peace
for the
said County Dwelling in the said Parish
(Quorum Vnus) for not makeing a true and
Perfect Account of all Sums of Money by
him received or Rated and Assessed and
not received and of all other Things
concerning his said Office, And alsoe to give
an Account why you did not first send to
the said Committing Justices, as the
