Order and direct Philip Willshire< no role > Esquire
Treasurer of the Moneys raised for repaire of
the Publique Bridges of this County to pay the
said Sume of Two Hundred Twenty Six pounds
thirteen Shillings and four pence unto the said
William Butler< no role > and John Mills< no role > in Satisfaction of
the Moneys payable to them by Vertue of the
said Articles of Agreement and in full of their
Demands, whose Receipt together with this
Order and the said Certificate shall be a
sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurer
for such payment,

Whereas one Robert Bent< no role > hath commenced
his Action in his Majesties Court of Common
Pleas at Westminster against the Inhabitants
of the Hundred of Ossulston in this County for
a Robbery alledged to have been Committed
upon him within the said Hundred, and a
Declaration is already delivered in the said
Cause, It is Ordered by this Court that the
High Constable of Finsbury Division in the
said County doe inquire into the Reputation and
circumstances of the said Robert Bent< no role > , and
give an Account thereof unto John Milner< no role > This name instance is in set 4214. Esqr.
Chairman of this Court, who is desired to
give Directions either to have the said
Cause tryed or to lett Judgement goe by
default as he shall think most proper,
