for removeing continueing or dischargeing such
Prisoners as the said Court should Judge necessary
and fitting, And Whereas it has been represented
to this Court that the Transmitting and
Removing of Prisoners from New Prison and
Bridewell to Newgate in the manner directed
by the said Order will be attended with Severall
Inconveniences It is Ordered by this Court
that it be And It is hereby recommended and
referred unto Robert Thornhill< no role > Thomas
Abney Reginald Marriot< no role > Thomas Woodcock< no role >
William Wickham< no role > William Dobyns< no role > John Ellis< no role >
Alexander Ward< no role > Thomas Rose< no role > William Kingsford< no role >
Henry Trent< no role > Junior Allen Hollen Jacob
Delamot Blagny< no role > Stephen Hall< no role > Edward
Grose and Honor at Smith Esquires Justices of
the Peace of this County and such other Justices
of the Peace of the said County as shall think
fit to be present or any three or more of them
as a Committee to assemble and meet together
at Hickshall in St. John Street in this County
on Thursday the Twenty fifth day of May instant
at three of the Clock in the afternoon and at
such other times as they shall appoint, and to
Consider of the Method Specified in the said
Order for the Transmission and Remove all of
the Prisoners therein mentioned and of the
Inconveniences ariseing or likely to arise from
thence And to make their Report in Writeing
touching the Premisses with their Opinions
therein unto the Court of the next Generall
Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be holden for
this County on the First day of the same Sessions,
