first sending to the said Mr. Fuller as the said Mr.
Michell ought to have done, the said Howse,
Stables and Wade haveing been committed thither
by the said Mr. Fuller for a Misdemeanor, And
upon hearing of what was alledged by both
the said Justices And the said Mr. Fuller
afterwards waiving the said complaint
This Court doth hereby Order and direct
that the Regulating Order of Court touching
the not Bayleing of Prisoners committed to
Prison for Offences without first sending to
the committing Justice be hereafter observed,
And the thanks of this Court are hereby
given to the said Mr. Fuller for his
representing to this Court the breach of the
said Regulating Order,
