present Trears of the same on their Successors
in such manner as in the said Order is
specifyed, This Court being of opinion
to make some alteracon as to the manner
prescribed in the sd. Order for refunding the
sd. money Doth in stead thereof Order that
the sd. Sume of fourty nine pounds
seventeen shillings & two pence after
paymt. thereof to the sd. Mr. Offley shall be
refunded & paid back by the present Trears
of the Toll money of the sd. Hay-Market or
their successors unto the sd. Mr. Willshire or
the Trear of the sd. Bridge money for the
time being by the yearely paymt. of the
Sume of ten pounds p ann (the first
payment to comence from Easter next)
untill the sd. Sume of fourty nine pounds
seventeen shillings & two pence directed
to be advanced as aforesaid shall be fully
reimbursed paid, Mr. Philip Stothard< no role >
Agent or Clerke to the present Trears of
the said Toll money now present conserting
on their behalfe to make such payments
thereout, And that the receipt or receipts
of the said Mr. Willshire or the Trear of
the said Bridge money for the time being
with a coppy of this Order shall be a
sufficient discharge or discharges to the
Trears of the said Toll money or their
Agent or Clerke for the paymt. on paymts to be
by them or any of them made in pursuance
hereof,
