to Seal and Execute a Counterpart thereof, And the
Execution of the said Lease being suspended (Upon
assurances that a larger Fine could be obtained than
what the said John Bellers< no role > and the other Persons above
named had offered, which upon Enquiry appeared to be
untrue) the said Lease hath not yet been granted to the
said John Bellers< no role > and the other Persons above named
Now upon the humble Petition of the said John Bellers< no role >
John Hopes< no role > Daniel Vandewall< no role > John Baker< no role > John Constantine Jacob Hagen Robert
Frame and Robert Emerson< no role > preferred unto this Court
praying that the Trustees of this County may be Empowered
and directed to Execute the said Lease, This Court
consisting of a great Number of his Majestys Justices of
the Peace for this County now assembled being above
Sixty in Number upon Serious consideration of the
whole matter is of opinion that the aforesaid Agreement
with the Said John Bellers< no role > and the other Persons before
Named ought in Equity and Conscience to be made good and
Specifically performed, But in regard that four Years part
of the said Term of Ninety Nine years did determine at
Michaelmas now last past, so that there then remained of
the said Term only Ninety five Years to come, And for that
some of the said Trustees (vizt.) the said Sir John Bennett< no role >
Sir Richard Reynall< no role > Sir David Hechstetter< no role > and Joseph
Offley are dead, It is thought fitt and ordered by this Court
that the Survivors of the Trustees aforesaid (upon making
of such Surrender and payment of the said Sume of One
Hundred pounds for a Fine as aforesaid) be and they
are hereby desired empowered and directed within One
Calender Month now next ensuing to Seal and Execute
a Lease of the said Premisses for the Term of Ninety five
Years to comence from Michaelmas last unto the said
