His Majesties Justices of the peace for the County of Middx now assembled
at this present General Quarter Sessions of the peace holden for the said
County being of opinion that the Charge this day given by Thomas
Abney Esqr the Chairman of this Court to the Grand Jury and other
Jurys now assembled, Is a learned Charge very much tending to the
Service of his Maty and his Government Doe Order that the thanks of
this Court be and they are hereby given for the same unto the said
Mr Abney, And doe desire that he will be pleased, for the benefit
of the publique, to cause his said Charge to be printed

Newgate holden for the County of Middx
at Justice Hall

present Maty King George, It was Ordered that thereafter no
Bill or Bills of Indictment should be received by the Clerke of
the Arraignments of the said Court from the Sessions of the
peace or from the Sessions of Oyer & Terminer holden at Hicks
Hall in St. John Street
in the County of Middx for the said County
or from the Sessions of the peace holden for the Liberty of Westmr
in the said County after the hour of two in the afternoon of the
second day of the Sessions of Goal Delivery of Newgate holden for
