Justices of the Peace for this County or any three or
more of them to assemble and meet together, And to
draw up a Representation to the Right Honble. the
Lord high Chancellor of Great Britain against
the said Samuel Newton< no role > for the Misdemeanors
above mentioned,

notifying in one

Wm. Holden tryed
& convicted at
Hicks hall for a
misdemeanor,

Whereas one William Holden< no role > hath been this day
tryed and convicted in this Court upon an
Indictment against him for Assaulting and
dangerously wounding with a Penknife Joel
Iles one of the Constables of the parish of St.
Giles in the Fields in the Execution of his Office,
For which Offence the said Holden Stands
Comitted by this Court to the House of Correction
at Clerkenwell in this County there to be kept
to hard labour for the Space of Six Months, and
to be whipped there before his discharge out of
the same, It is Ordered by this Court for the
terror of evill disposed Persons that the
Punishment aforesaid be notifyed in One of
the Publique News Papers.

the Patent of
New Prison
on the County
day in the next
Quarter Sessions,

It is Ordered by this Court that the Patent of New
Prison at Clerkenwell in this County granted by
his late Majesty King James the first on the Tenth
day of August in the Seventeenth Year of his Reign
be read on the County day in the next Generall
Quarter Sessions of the Peace for this County the
first business after dinner,
