as shall be repaid or replaced to the Account
from whence borrowed To the end that Justice
may be done to every part of the County, and that
all the Money received may be strictly applyed
to the Uses for which the same are raised Wee
think it will be also necessary to have one other
Book provided wherein a generall State of the
Accounts of the County may be Entred at the end
of every Year or from Easter to Easter Sessions
after such Yearly Accounts have been examined
and a State thereof drawn up by a Comittee to be
appointed and approved of by the Sessions,
which Comittee may be allsoe directed to report
the Arrears uncollected on all the Rates of
the Year proceeding, and thereby give the Court
an opportunity to make such Orders for
Collecting the same as may tend to lesson the
great Loss that has hitherto been Sustained
by the Returnes of such large Arreares and
that these Bookes of Account may be laid on
the Table after Dinner every Sessions on
the County dayes by the Clerk of the Peace
for the perusall of the Justices all which
Wee humbly Certifye and Submit Etc.
