Order that noe mocon
shall be made touching
the granting of any
Lease of the County
estate, nor any mre of
Generall coacermnt.
relateing to the County
unless no Justices of peace
be prel [..] for giveing
notice [..] zett of
letting the prmes,

This Court being of opinion that it will much
conduce to the improvemt. of the estate belonging
to this County and to have the same lett to the best
advantage not to have any lease granted thereof or
of any part thereof without the consent & approbacon
of a considerable Number of the Justices of the
peace of the sd. County, Doth Order that for the
future noe Order shall be made by the Court of
Generall or Quarter Sessions of the peace for this
County for the granting of any lease of any
lands or tenemts. belonging to this County to any
person or persons whatsoever nor any mocon
be made for that purpose unless twenty Justices of
the peace for the said County or more be present,
And that one Months notice be given in the
London Gazett that the premisses are to be lett
before any such Order be made, And to the
intent that the publique interest benefit of
this County may be the more effectually consalted
It is further Ordered by this Court that noe
matter of generall concernmt. relateing to this
County be moved in the Count of Generall or
Quarter Sessions of the peace for this County
Unless twenty Justices of the peace at the least
be present at the time when such mocon is
made.
