County or any five or more of them to assemble
and meet together at such times as they
shall think fitt, and to take a View of the
Sessions House of this County called Hicks hall
in St. John Street
in the said County, And to see
if any and what Repaires are wanting and
necessary to be done thereunto, and to take
an Accompt thereof in writing, And to consider
whether in their Judgements the said Sessions
House ought to be Rebuilt or Repaired and
what it will cost to Rebuild or repaire
the same, and what methods are fit to be
taken in Order thereunto, and to raise Moneys
for that purpose, And to report an Accompt
of the Matters aforesaid with their Opinions
in writing touching the Premisses onto
his Majetyes Justices of the Peace to be
Assembled at the next Generall Quarter
Sessions of the Peace to be holden for this
County.
