would be pleased to make him on accompt of the said
premisses This Court upon hearing of the said Report
and what was further alledged by the said Referrees
Doth Order that a Shedd erected in the Yard
belonging to the said House of Correction by the said
Giles Quinny< no role > Keeper of the said Prison, And that
He be allowed out of the said County Stork the
Sume of Sixteen pounds for the charge thereof and
do further Order that an Inventory or account in
writing be taken by the Clerk of the Peace in this
County of all Blocks, Beetles, Irons, Basills, Rivetts
Handcuffs keys and other Utensils belonging to
the said Prison and of all wainscot, Partitions,
Shelves Clossets, Chimney pieces, Grates Window
Shutters and other things now belonging to the
said house of Correction And that the said Giles
Quinny do give his Bond to three or more of the
Justices of the peace of this County to leave the
said Blocks Beetles Irons Basills Rivetts,
Handcuffs keys and other utensils and also all
Wainscott particons, Shelves Clossets Chimney
pieces, Grates Window Shutters and other things
belonging to the said Prison at the determinacon
of his employment of Keeper of the said House
of Correction with the succeeding Keeper thereof
on such other Person as this Court shall direct
for the Use of this County in good plight and
condition (reasonable wear and use thereof except)
And doth Order that upon the said Giles Quinny< no role > 's
giving such Bond he the said Giles Quinny be
allowed the further Sum of Twenty Nine pounds
