Income thereof, and what yearly Sums are paid or
to be paid to the several Treasurers Clerks Collectors
and Surveyors, or other Persons employed by the said
Trustees, and also what Gravel Ballast or other
materials for the Repair of the Highways have or
hath been bought or contracted for, by whom, of whom
and at what prices; and what Debts are due and
owing from the said Trustees on accompt of the said
Turnpike, together with a List of the Names of all
such Persons whose Teams have been or are employed
by their Surveyors for Repair of the said Highways,
and the places of their respective aboad; And the
Compositions that are or have been made by them
or their Surveyors with any and what Parishes or
private Persons, and for what Sum or Sumes of
Money, and for what reasons, And that the said
Trustees do on or before the first day of the now
next ensuing General Quarter Sessions of the
peace to be holden for this County, transmit
such Extract State and Accompt to the Clerk of the
peace of this County; To the intent that the same
may be laid before his Majestys Justices of the
peace for this County to be assembled at the
Sessions last mentioned.
