Order desireing that
whitelock Bulstrode< no role >
the Chairman would
cruse his charge to be
printed,

His Maties Justices of the peace for the County of Middx
assen Fled at this present Generall Quarter Sessions
being of opinion that the charge this day given by
whitelock Bulstrode< no role > Esqr . the Chairman to the
severall Jurys now assembled is a very learned
& usefull charge & highly tending to the service
of his Matie & his Governmt. Doe on their own
behalfes & alsoe at the request of the said
severall Jurys Desire that the said Mr.
Bulstrode would be pleased to Cause his said
charge to be printed.

P adjorn Jovis 24o. April 1719.

execucon Acts Parl
for suppressing of
unlawfull Lottery:

Complaint being made unto this Court that
severall evil disposed persons have of late sett up
many unlawfull lotteryes under the the Name and
pretence of Sales of plate & other goods, & thereby
unjustly & fraudulently gett to themselves great
sumes of money from the Children & servants
of divers of his Maties Subjects, & from other
Unwary persons, go their great damage once
impoverishmt. wth. Lotterys are by law declared
to be comon & publique Nusances, And the
persons who sett up the same are alsoe declared
to be Kognes & punishable as such, And to be
liable to the penalty of £100 for every such
offfence, And all printers & other persons who
