Whereas ll the Trustees for the Estate belonging
to this County (Except Sir Edmond Prideaux< no role > Baronet
and Henry Rowe< no role > Esquire ) are dead, And it being
requisite that the said Estate should be vested in
new Trustees to preserve the Same for the use of
the said County This Court Doth for that purpose
nominate Sir John Bennett< no role > Knight Serjeant at Law

upon the Trusts and to the Uses to be
