the Clerk of the peace of this County an accompt in writeing
of the Christian & Sirnames of such were petty Constable
Headborough Scavenger or Rafer, and of their respective
places of abode, what trades they are of, and what signes they
have to their respective houses, and require them to put up &
lie upon the Outside & front of their respective houses next
the Street such Staff as aforesaid & such board as aforesaid
donating their respective Offices Christain & Sir names so
the end all persons haveing occacon for their assistance may
knew where readily to apply to them as their Occacons Shall
require And Whereas the respective High Constables of
Holbourne & Finsbury Division have in obedience to the
said order left with the Clerk of the pease of this County
the names of the severall petty Constables Headboroughs &
Scavengers within their said Divisions, But in severall
of the said returns there is use mencon made of the
places where the said Constables Headboroughs & Scavengers
reside, Nor any accompt given that the sd respective
Constables & Headboroughs have put up such staves or boards
as they were required to doe by the Sd Order, and the High
Constable of the Tower Division hath made use return of
the Names of the petty Constables Headboroughs Scavengers
& Rafers within his Division, now given any accompt of
what he or they or ann of them have done in pursuance to
of the said Order It is thought Fitt & Ordered by this Court
that the respective high Constables of the Sd. Divisons doe
attend his Maties Justices of the peace for the said County
at Hicks hall in St. John Street on Fryday morning next at
Nine of the Clock with an accompt of the Names of the
respective petty Constables & Headboroughs within their
respective Divisions, and of their trades & Employments and
places of abode, and what Staff & boards they have put up in
obedience to the Sd. Order, and of what new Constables, Headboroughs
Scavengers or Rafers have been appointed since the said
Former Order, and of their trades employments & residence
respectively To the intent All persons haveing occacon to
resort to such petty Constables Headboroughs Scavengers or
Rafers for any matters relateing to their severall employments
may know where to find them as occacon Shall require, and
hereof the said respective High Constables are not to fails
upon pain of being prosecuted for their respective defaults
according to their Demerritts
