And this Deponent is advised and verily believes the same to be true
that without their Testimony he cannot safely proceed to the Trial of
this Cause And this Deponent saith that he hath caused subpoeneas
to be issued from this Honourable Court to be served on the said

fromat Home for a Week and was kept out of the way, and subsisted
by his Master
