the Will now produced as the last Will and Testament,
of the said James Ready< no role > That either at that time or a
subsequent time the said Mary Murphy< no role > produced to
this Informant a Letter of Attorney purporting to be
the Letter of Attorney of Thomas Ready< no role > the
Executor at the said Will in favor of Timothy
Murphy
< no role > That this Informant told said Mary
Murphy
< no role > that the said Timothy Murphy< no role > must
appear in Person in order to take Administration
with the Will annexed That in consequence of a
Caveat entered against said Will Timothy
Murphy
< no role > now Present attended at this Informants
Office several times as the Attorney empowered
by the Executor to prove said Will that either said
[..] Timothy< no role > or Mary Murphy< no role > desired this Informant
to warn the Caveat that in consequence of the
parties appearing to the Caveat this Informant,
obtained a Proxy from said Timothy Murphy< no role >
to appear (as his Proctor upon that occasion And
the said Robert Horn< no role > for himself says that
by the Books of His Majesty's Ship the Eagle
it appears that the said James Ready< no role > was a
Seaman in Boardbelonging to the said Ship on the Seventh
of March 1779 at which time there was no
Person on Board that Ship of the Name of
Philip Murphy< no role > as appears by said Books And the
said Thomas Cribbin< no role > for himself says that on the
seventh of March 1779 he this Informant was
