That this Informant told said Mary

that the said Timothy Murphy< no role >
must
appear in Person in order to take Administration
with the Will annexed That in consequence of a
Caveat entered against said Will Timothy

now Present attended at this Informants
Office several times as the Attorney empowered
by the Executor to prove said Will that either said

it appears that the said James Ready< no role >
was a
Seaman
in Boardbelonging to the said Ship on the Seventh
of March 1779
at which time there was no
Person on Board that Ship of the Name of
