fifth day of January instant serve Mr Steventon of Ely Place Holborn
London Gentleman who acts as Sollicitor for the Prosecutor or
Prosecutors of this Indictment as this Deponent is informed and
believes with a true [..] of the Notice hereunto annexed [..] deliveing
such Copy of the said Notice to a Clerk of the said Mr. Steventon
at his House in Ely Place aforesaid
