Who being upon Oath severally say and first the
said Elizabeth Burkett< no role >
for herself says that on Sunday
last was Seven night the Person now present [..]
calls himself John Hardinge< no role >
and one William
Waines came to her House and brought a [..]
which they immediately took up into her one pair
of Stairs back Room and desired her to said for
Mr. Flemming [..] saying they had something to sell That
she immediately sent said Cooper for said Flemming
That said Flemming came soon afterwards and
said Harding Waines and said Flemming went up
Stairs together That when they came down said
Flemming brought the bundle now produced with him
and desired her to take care of it till he came And
the said Charlotte Cooper< no role >
for herself says that she went
for said Flemming by her said Mistresses order at
the time abovementioned That when said Flemming
desired her said Mistress to take care of the bundle
She this Informant put it into the Closet where it was found by Charles
Jellous and the other Officers.
