Southwark in the County of Surry Apothecary maketh Oath and Saith that
Timothy Brown< no role > of Saint Mary at Hill London Merchant was on the
eight [..] ninth day of February last violently ill of the Gout and continued
so until the twentieth day of March then next following and was thereby
rendered utterly incapable of attending to serve as a Juror at the Session of the
Peace holden at Guildhall in the said Month of February Which this Deponent is
informed and believes he was by Summons required to do
