rest of the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices
of the peace for the said City in their General
Session of the peace assembled

The Humble Petition and appeal of Josiah Harvey< no role >

Sheweth


That Your Petitioner upon the 29th: day of July last
was convicted before The Right Honble Thomas Wright< no role > Lord
Mayor of the said City of London in the Penalty of £3,,5,,0
for selling Ten Quarters Wheaten Leaves on the 28th day of
the said Month of July each of which Loaves it was pretended
were short of Weight

That your Petitioner humbly conceives himself
agrieved by the said Conviction and therefore

Your Petitioner humbly appeals against
the said Conviction and that this Honble
Court will grant to your Petitioner
such relief as shall seem meet
