Know all Men by these Presents That I Christopher
Penny of Skinner street in the parish of saint
Botolph Bishopgate in the City of London
Weaver
have Remised Released and for ever quitt claymed and by these presents
do Remise Release and for ever quitt clayme unto Richard Oakman< no role >
and Thomas Lowe< no role > of the same street and parish
and City Aforesaid Bedstead Makers

their Heirs Executors and Administrators all and all
manner of Action and Actions Cause and Causes of Action Suits Bills
Bonds Writings Obligatory Debts Dues Duties, Accompts sum and
sums of Money Judgements Executions Excuts Quarrelle Com Overseers
Trespasses Damages and Demands whatsoever both in Law and Equity
or otherwise howsoever which against the said Richard Oakman< no role >
and Thomas Lowe< no role > their Heirs Executors on
Administrators or Assigne

I ever had and which I my Heirs
Executors or Administrators shall or may hereafter have claim challenge
of demand for or by reason or means of any Matters Cause on Thing
whatsoever from the beginning of the World unto the day of the date of these
presents In Witness whereof I how hereunto sett my hand and seal
the Second Day of September in the twenty sixth years
of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third
by the Grave of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King
Defender of the Faith and in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred
and Eighty six
