The Information of Richard
Rogers taken upon Oath the Second
Day of March 1786.

Saith that about Seven Weeks ago and after he
went into the Service of Mr. Eyre the Prosecutor he this
Informant became acquainted with the Prisoners William
Haslam, John Morris< no role > , Henry Gallant< no role > , Richard Newton< no role >
John Gould< no role > Kent, Edward, Evans, Humston and Nicholas
King of Milk Street . That the said Haslam and Gallant
sayd to him this Informant that they the said Haslam
and Gallant had received Goods from the said Gould and Kent
and that they the said Haslam and Gallant might as well
have some of him this Informant,; and that the said Haslam
and Gallant shewed this Informant some Money and
sayd that he this Informant should be said for the Goods
he brought, and further sayd that they the said Haslam
and Gallant, would come to the Warehouse for them, That
he this Informant delivered the Goods to them in the Horse
Shoe Passage and also to Morris in the same Place,
That about three Weeks ago he this Informant delivered
one Piece of Long Lawn to the said Morris at the Horse Shoe
three Weeks ago, and one other Piece to the said Morris [..]
soon after, That about the same time the said Gallant
received two or three Shauls [..] of this Informant at the Kings Head the South
Side of St. Paul's ChurchYard , and the said Haslam
has had of him this Informant at different Times
in the Horse Shoe Passage aforesaid ten or twelve Handker-
-ciefs, checked Muslins one or Two Pieces, at the Bill
in Noble Street about Five Weeks ago in the Presence
of
