found the said Green in the Great Hall in the Bank afore-
-said talking to Thomas Cambell< no role > of No. 12 New Square in
the Minories . That about the latter End of February last
he this Examinant went to the Bank to change a fifteen
Pounds Bank Note That the Cashier told this Examinant
that the said Note being an old One must be examined
and that in the Passage going thro' the Accountant's Office
he this Examinant met the said Green who clapped this
Informant on the Shoulder and sayd how do you do, I
am glad to see you in London, That he this Informant
then sayd to the said Green He had the Advantage of him
this Informant for he thisExaminant did not know
the said Green. That the said Green then replied "I am
"Sir Edmund Affleck< no role > Baronet Member for Colchester"
That he this Examinant answered it could not be, and
asked the said Green if he knew Phillip Affleck, the said
Green replied He had sailed with him in the Ship
"Triumph" and that he this Examinant told the said
Green he had not, for that he this Examinant had
sailed in the same Ship. The said Green then sayd the
Ship Albion. That he this Examinant sayd he was
sure He (meaning the said Green) was not Sir Edmund
Affleck and left him. That the said Green asked this
Informant to go and see him at his Country Seat at
Colchester That he this Examinant sayd he would call
at [..] Sir Edmund Affleck< no role > 's, for that He (meaning
the said Green was not Sir Edmund. That the said Green
then sayd he was a Relation of Sir Edmund's. That
he this Examinant told the said Green he must go
about his Business and that the said Green answered
He would wait Examinant's coming out, That as
he this Examinant came out a Gentleman told him
that
