That he sold Goods to Mr Smith of New Gravel Lane within these three
Months. The last things he sold were two Dining Tables for Six pounds
or Guineas. Also sold Goods to Mr. Thomas, Officer at the Rose and Crown
in Mile End That he received Twenty five Shillings for a Pillow and
Craw Table sold to Thomas. That he has sold many Chests of Drawers
to different Brokers in Moor Fields but knows not their Names,
That he bought a second hand Dining Table in Saint John Street facing
Aylesbury Street for £3:0:0 to sell again, and he sold it to one
Smith of Hornchurch for three pounds six Shillings,Bought a
Looking Glass of a Broker in Leather Lane for £2:8:0 and it is now
at HomeThat he pays sixteen Guineas a Year for the House he
lives in, and keeps a HousekeeperThat he worked about three
Months on board the Hulks at Woolwich about three or four Years
ago and got discharged thro. the Interest of Sir Harboard Harboard by
his Majestys free Pardon. Tis three or four Years this Month
since he was at Exeter where he was taken up [..] on suspicion
of, and tried and convicted of Housebreaking, which was done by one
Smith, That Examinant went by the Name of Thomas Jones< no role > at
Exeter, was tried by that Name, and was so called whilst [..] he
served on board the HulksUpon his Discharge from Woolwich
he came to London to Mr. Mangleman a Cabinetmaker in Brownlow
Street Holborn where he stayed a Month or five Weeks, that Mrs.
Mangleman lent him Seven Guineas till Mr. Mangleman had a
vacant bench for him during this time he had no Companions, he
spent his time idle, in going sometimes to the Workmen at the Shop
to talk, did not walk out for any other purpose, neverassedassumed any
other name nor played, nor made fresh Acquaintance, Became acquainted
with Green first about three Years ago, met him a Windham near Norwick

That Examinant has a Horse, and has had him about a Fortnight
and stands at Hollingsworth's in Moorefields , Cost him about Seven
