Wife John Pegram the Younger William Brashier Philadelphia Pegram and John Adams< no role > and each
and every of them their and each and every of their heirs Executors and administrator for his her and their
parts and behalfs should and did well and truly stand to obey abide observe Perform fulfil and keep the
Award Order Arbitrament final End and Determination of them the said Gideon Fournier< no role > Thomas Gill< no role >
and Peter Thompson< no role > Botham or any two of them Arbitrators indifferently elected chosen ned and agreed
upon as well by and on the part and behalf of the said William Megson as by and on the part and
behalf of the said Jonathan Pegram< no role > the Elder and Mary his Wife Jonathan Pegram< no role > the Younger
William Brashier Philadelphia Pegram and John Adams< no role > to arbitrate award order judge and determine
of and concerning all and all manner of Prosecution and Prosecutions Action and Actions Cause and Causes
of Action suits Bills Bond specialties Covenants Contracts Promises Accounts Reckonings Sums of
Money Judgments Executions Extents Quarrels Controversies Trespasses Forcible Entries Damages and
Damand whatsoever at any time theretofore had made moved brought commenced sued prosecuted
done suffered committed or Depending by or between the said Parties or any or either of them so as the
said Award of the said Arbitrators or any two of them were made and set down in Writing made their
hands and seals ready to be delivered to the said Parties in difference on or before the Twenty first day
of April then next ensuing Then the said Obligation was to be void and of none effect but otherwise
to be and remain in full force and virtue And it was thereby agreed by and between the said Parties
that the said Bound or obligation and the submission thereby made of the said Matters in Controversy
should and might be made a Rule of his Majesty's Court of Common Pleas To the End the said
Parties in difference should be finally concluded by the Award to be made by the said Arbitrators according
to the statute in that Case made and provided And also further reciting that the said William Megson
did become likewise bound in and by a certain Bound or Obligation bearing date the Eighth day of April
unto the said Jonathan Pegram< no role > the Elder and mary his Wife Jonathan Pegram< no role > the Younger William
Brashier Philadelphia< no role > Pegram and John adams< no role > in the Sum of One Thousand Pounds with a
Consideration thereunder written to th same purport and Effect on his Part as the Condition above
setforth That the said Gideon Fournier< no role > Thomas Gill< no role > and Peter Thompson< no role > Betham having taken upon
themselves the Charge and Burthen of the said Referrences and having deliberately heard the Allegations
and Proofs of the several Parties Did by there Presents (amongst other things) arbitrate award order
adjudge and determine of and concerning the Premier in manner Following First they did arbitrate
award order adjudge and determine that the Message or Tenement Stables and Premises mentioned
in the said Indictment preferred by the said William Megson against the said Jonathan Pegram< no role >
the Elder Jonathan Pegram< no role > the Younger William Brashier Philadelphia Pegram and John Adams< no role >
were and are and should be and remain the Property of the said Jonathan Pegram< no role > the Elder and
they did award and order that the said Jonathan Pegram< no role > the Elder should pay all the Debts due and
owing to any Person or Persons whomsover for hay straw Oats Beans or other such Matters
furnished to and used in and upon the said stable and Premises and that the Dobts due and
owing From all and every The Customer of and belonging to the said Stables Yards and premises
should belong to and be the Property of the said Jonathan Pegram< no role > the Elder and that the said
Indictment to preferred as aforesaid should be no further prosecuted And they did Further arbitrate
award order adjudge and determine that Mary the Wife of the said Jonathan Pegram< no role > the Elder
was totally exempt from the Charge exhibited against her by the said William Megson of reducing
The Wife of the said William Megson to have terminal Conversation with the said John Adams< no role >
and that therefore the Action so brought by the said William Megson against the said Jonathan
Pegram the Elder and Mary his Wife in respect thereof should be no Further Prosecuted And they did
further award order adjudge and determine that the Action so brought against the said John Adams< no role >
by the said Williams Megson as aforesaid should not be any Further Prosecuted and they did Further
award order adjudge and determine that the said William Megson should sustain and bear all such
Costs Charges and Expenses as he had or might have been put unto in the Prosecuting such Indictment
and Actions as aforesaid and that the said Jonathan Pegram< no role > the Elder should sustain and bear all such
