Cornhill London Linen Draper and one of the
Overseers of the said Parish maketh Oath and
Saith That he did this Day personally serve Thomas
Bayley in the annexed Order named with a true
copy thereof, and did at the same time demand
of him the Sum of four Pounds by the order
directed to be paid by the said Thomas Bayley< no role > to
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish for the purposes in the said Order mentioned
us [..] said Sum ye four pounds the said Thokey Bailey the
refused and appear the rest said paid to ye said William Burden< no role >
court at the or any other person to his th [..] leg [..]
