of Saint Sepulchre London Gentleman maketh Oath that he this
Deponent did on the Eleventh day od October instant personally
serve William Sell< no role > the abovenamed Prosecutor with a true copy of
the Notice hereunto annexed Act And this Deponent further saith that
the Marks set and subscribed at the Foot of the said Notice
and copy respectively were so affixed by the said Defendant
James Hayward< no role > as and for his own propose Mark in the
presence of this Deponent
