These are to certify to all whom it may concern that

one this day and Voluntarily Made Oath as follows
First this Deponent saith that he admits that he was
served in the Month of October last with a Summons to attend
this Honourable Court as a Juryman at the Sessions then
to he held But this Deponent Saith that such Summons
was addressed to one William Anderson< no role >
Wallbrook Ward
lb/>& that there is another & Pr [..] of that Name Residing in
the said Ward and that he acquainted the summoning
Officer therewith at the time he brought he the said Summons
And this Deponent really conceived the same to be
intended for the said William Anderson< no role >
and not for him
this Deponent And Lastly this Deponent Saith that he
did not omit or neglect to attend the said Summons thro
and Wilful Intent to disobey the same, but merely for
the Reasons before mentioned.
