it might give a Suspicion as he never used to put it their that they tryed the
Key in the Lock but it was too smale and they saidLockthey must come again
That Storer andBedmonBeaman came Again and Brought a Key with Wax
upon it andtheyBeaman Put it into the Lock and took off the impassion and
said it was a very Good Lock Storer was in the stable andthatthey said they would get a key made and
would come again and try it which they did and it Opend: the whare
house door and they said it will do and askd this Informant when
would be the best time to come to do the wharehouse and Saturday
Night Septr the 3rd was fixed upon as this Informant would be out of town
with his Masster And it was done that Eveningor Sundaywhen
he came to Town he was told that Mr: Tussier wharehouse had been
Broke open and he and others went into the Wharehouse but the
Clerk of Mr. Tussier saidtheir wherhe thought nothing was Lost but
upon his bringing in Inventory he found a Ball of Silk missing that
On SundayNightEvening the 4th. of Sesslastthis Informante whent
to Beamanshouse to Enquire about the Affair & And he was told by
BeamanBeaman thattheHe Storer East and Sanderport got into Mr. Tussier
Wharehouse between 8 and 9 o Clockin theon Saturday Evening that they did take
out one Bail of Silk but they intends to have taken Seven Bales of
likebut was prevent by a Woman that the Bail of Silk was [..] taken
away in a Coach that they had Provided for that purpose and that the
Coachman had 5 Guineas for doing it and that the silk was desposited
in Several Places and it was sold for 70 Poundor Guineas what [..]
paid by the [..]
that their was £14:5:6 for him which was his
share which he took and Objected to they being all light Guineas
[..] Beaman said if they would not Pass he would change them
