Take Notice that this Court will on Friday next the Twenty
First Instant be moved the recognizance entered into for the appearae

and Peter James Bennett< no role >
as his Sureties at the Sessions held
in May last be discharged and that all Proceedings thereon
may be stayed you having received the sum of Twenty two Pounds
twelve Shillings and Six Pence for and in respect of all demands
Costs and Maintenance of the female Bastard Child of Joyce
Young then Chargeable to the said Parish of Saint Mary
Newington
in the County of Surry on Account of which the said

was sound to appear at the said Sessions
and the same having been paid to you as a discharge to
