You being bound over to appear at the
Session held in January la [..]
and not appearing according to
the Condition of your Recognizance for that Purpose, it became
forfeited, and must be estreated into the Court of Exchequer , in
order to the issuing of Process thereon against you, for levying
the Penalty; unless prevented by Appearance and proper Applica-
tion, to stay Proceedings thereon at the next Session, which will
begin at Justices-Hall, in the Old Bailey , on Wednesday the 19th
Instant.
