informed him that he came for him the sd. Geo: Collins< no role > to return with Dep [..]
to Ludgate Hill on Account of his having [..] code [..]

Deponent that the Horse he rode ran away with him [..]
that he could not prevent the said Horse from rum [..]

within maketh Oath and saith that he hath known

parish of Saint Clement Danes in the County of [..]
took for some time last past And that the said [..]
Ellams on the Morning of this present Nineteenth [..]
of July in a Conversation with this Deponent touching
death of the Deceased said to this Deponent that
he hopedif his the sd John Ellams< no role > Mare [..] should be forfeited he hoped
that he should have an opportunity of buying [..]
again or to that Effect That this Deponent [..]
Judgment apprehends and beleives that the said [..]
of the value of Seven pounds or thereabouts.
