which appeared afterwards this Deponent was convinced that
the deceased's. Scull was fractured and that the same was the
immediate Cause of her Death - that this Deponent Attended the deceased
from the said Fifteenth day of July untilSunday the seventeenth
day of July instant when the dird
the time of her Death And
that on going to visit the deceased on Sunday last this
Deponent was informed that shewas deaddied about Nine oClock that Morning and this Deponent
[..] the said Sunday saw the body of the deceased lying dead [..]
[..] house of Mr. Larkin situate in Flower De Luce Court in
the parish of Saint Ann Blackfriars in the city of London .

Goldsmith Simcoe of No. 22 Lambeth Hall in the parish of Saint
Mary Magdalen old Fish Street in the City of London Porter maketh
Oath and saith That on Friday Morning the fifteenth day of July
instant [..] and one of the [..] he this Deponent
was standing in the Shop of Mr. Scott Cabinet Maker on Ludgate
Hill and that he this Deponent saw a [..] Boy ride a Horse very
furiously up Ludgate Hill past Mr Scotts Door that
on perceiving the said Boy riding so fast this Deponent
apprehended some Accident might happen in the Street [..]
went to the said Scotts DoorThatin above awhile
this Dept. was in the Shop he head a Scream in the Street
whereupon Deponent went into the Street and saw a Woman
lying in the Street at the Corner of the Old Bailey that Dept
[..] Woman wife and Carried her to the House of
Mr. Stock a Chemist and Druggist on Ludgate Hill aforesaid
And this Deponent saith that [..] his coming into the Street
from Mr Scotts house he saw a Man with the deceased
in his Arms and that the deceased was Carried to Mr Stock's
House, That this Deponent afterwards went to Newgate Market
where he apprehended George Collins< no role > and that the said George
Collins is the same person who rode past the Door of the said
Mr. Scottwhen the deceased wasat the time this Deponent
