who being upon Oath severally Say
& first the said
Joseph Fullford< no role >
for himself Saith
that yesterday being the 13th. day of April Instant
he was packing several Parcells of Tea for the
County Trade & weighing off the same in the Shop
of the said Mr. Eagleton And this Informant
Benjamin Woodnutt< no role >
for himself Saith that as he
was Passing the Shop of the said Mr. Eagleton he
saw some suspicion Persons lucking about near the
Hour of 9 o'Clock of the same Evening and observed
the Prisoner

go into the Shop of the said
Mr. Eagleton and soon afterwards return with a Paper
Parcell upon which this Informant with the
Assistance of another Person who was near at
hand took him into Custody & brought him back
to the Shop of the said Mr. Eagleton when a
Constable was sent for who took him to the Compter
And this Informant

saith that
the Parcell now produced containing 26th. weight
of Congo Teadd so taken upon the Prisoner

is the Property of the said Mr.
Eagleton & one of the Parcell he was so weighing
off as aforesaid
