Whereas in and by a certain Order or Pass
Warrant bearing date the 22d. day of January
last under the Hands and Seals of William Plomer< no role >
and John Hart< no role > Esquires two of his Majesties Justices
of the peace in and for the City of London on being
of the Quorum William Payn< no role > was removed and
conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint Ann in
Black Fryers in the said City of London to the
Parish of St. Botolph without Bishopsgate in the same
City as the place of the last legal Settlement of the
said William Payn< no role > we do therefore hereby give
you Notice that the Church Wardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Botolph without
Bishopsgate do intend to Appeal to the next General
Sessions of the peace to be holden at the Guildhall in and
for the said City on Monday the 23rd. day ofFebruaryInstant
against the said Order or Warrant Dated this 7th. day
of February 1784
