of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London
and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Bennett

lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and was likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of the said Mary as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Mary
to be in the said Parish of Saint Dionis Backchurch
and that hitherto she ought by Law to be Sent.

quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Bennett

and her said Child
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint Dionis Backchurch
And them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for
